I have been happy with the whole process from initially discussing the deals to receiving the van. The only thing I wasn't happy about and was unaware of was the fact the van was driven from North Wales and turned up with 330 miles as its delivery mileage. Bearing in mind it has an agreed mileage allowance, it's nearly got half a months worth of use on it.

Dear Mr Hulse, thank you for your feedback regarding the delivery mileage on your vehicle. I can confirm that all vehicles are road driven, but the mileage that they are delivered with is not taken into account on your contract. The lease company take note of the mileage put on the delivery note and the mileage is started from zero on your contract. Thank you again.

I thought the service was very professional, from the first person to the last person I spoke to. I was constantly kept in the loop at all times and at no time felt pressured into leasing the van. Also the staff were all very pleasant to talk to.

Dear Carl, Thank you for taking the time to complete the review. I am sorry that you are disappointed about the acceptance conditions of the lease. The fact that your business is a Limited Company, did not have an effect on the rental increase. On some occasions finance companies set certain criteria for the most competitive rates. Unfortunately, on this occasion not all of the criteria were met. However, please be assured that we have access to all of the major leasing companies rates. When we received the conditions back we checked this against the other lease company rates and I can confirm it was still the best deal by quite some way using the leasing company you are with.
