Great service throughout from first call to delivery. We had a mechanical problem with the van when it arrived and rang through to customer service, initially rather irate as we didn't expect a new van to come with issues, but we cannot fault the service received. Kevin, your Customer Services Team Leader was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for him and he called back on more than one occasion to make sure we were happy with the resolution, also Darren, another member of your team became involved and also contacted us straight away to see if he could help. We could do with them to show our own staff how it should be done!! All in all a fantastic service and we would happily recommend you to others!

Prices could have been clearer for Non VAT registered customers online but once spoke to someone it was all cleared up and was very happy with the deal I eventually got

Excellent but van ready two days late and I had to collect from a garage an hour away. Very inconvenient.

Autorama Response. Andy Alderson MD writes:- - Firstly John - thank you for your business. I am sorry that the experience of the delivery that you encountered was not as it should have been. I understand that whilst the vehicle was being delivered to you, the delivery driver noticed an engine management light had come on. He sensibly took it immediately to the nearest dealer for diagnosis. When the dealer phoned to say the vehicle was ready, we found that it could not be delivered until after the weekend. To minimise any further inconvenience to you, we arranged for a taxi to take you to the dealer rather than you having to wait any longer . I am sorry that the experience has been tainted - I do thank you very much for your valuable feedback and once again would like to apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused
