Following on from your customer feedback, you expressed a desire to be able to return your documents to us electronically, instead of posting them. Now you can send your order confirmation and Statement of Demands and Needs to us by using e-signature - an online signing device. Once received, your car will be ordered, ensuring the quickest delivery date for you. There's no need to print anything out or send it back to us by post.
E-signing is fast and effective

The development of e-signature has been a fantastic innovation for the vehicle leasing industry and is embraced by leading funders such as LeasePlan and Arval. They both accept documents this way. Keeping you informed and updated
Your Personal Advisor will call you to discuss your estimated date of delivery and answer any questions you have. They'll also let you know what forms of ID you'll need to provide. Should you forget to include anything, you'll receive an automated email requesting the missing information. This immediate follow-up guarantees that you're notified straight away. Once finalised, you'll be issued with your financial documents to be completed and returned. "Absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, kept informed throughout the whole process," said Vanarama customer Jason Hughes.
Embracing modern technology with MyVanarama
The introduction of the online system MyVanarama towards the end of 2015 has improved the functionality and speed of ordering your new vehicle. No original documents are required, saving you the hassle of hunting around your house for them. The uploading of files such as your driving licence can be completed by using mobile devices. As soon as you've finished adding your details, we receive confirmation of this. It eliminates hold-ups and allows our staff to proceed with arranging the delivery of your vehicle.
When do you want your vehicle?
You'll receive a call asking you which dates you'd like to take delivery. You'll get your registration number, so you can arrange your insurance. When you supply your insurance certificate or cover note, everything is completed. Matthew Craker said: "This was the easiest and friendliest financial transaction I've ever carried out. Faultless!"
Your vehicle is on the way!
On the day you get your new vehicle, the delivery driver will call you an hour prior to delivery. This allows you to confirm whether the time is suitable for you. On arrival, you'll be shown around your vehicle and given a demonstration of how to use it. That way, if you have any questions, there's someone on hand to answer them for you.
