Dealer Liaison Executive

Job Mission:

As a member of the Dealer Liaison team, you will be influencing and managing your supplying dealers and logistic agents through the Lease Link platform. To ensure the company reaches its delivery target each month. You will ensure your supplying dealers work within our T&C to fulfil the delivery dates where possible, you will keep our customers up to date on the progress of the order up until the vehicle is delivered.

Job Specification:

  • Influencing your dealer portfolio to ensure they are working within the T&C's
  • Point of contact for your dealer portfolio to resolve issues both internally & externally with our customers
  • Using Lease Link exception report to monitor the performance for your dealer portfolio daily, monthly & quarterly
  • Working towards team & individual targets set by your line manager/team leader
  • Relationship building with external & internal customers
  • Contacting customers when the expected delivery dates have changed
  • Flexibility to cross train across different roles within the Admin department

 

Skills Required:

  • Professional & authoritative telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships with customers, internal staff & external suppliers quickly & effectively
  • The ability to demonstrate empathy with customers and show a clear understanding of their needs
  • Ability to work as part of a focused and determined team
  • The ability to work under pressure
