Funding Team V5 Management

Job Mission:

You will be responsible for the administration of all V5 management within company. Ensuring all pre-registration V5's are re-registered to the correct funder once the vehicle has been delivered. Communicating with our customers at the end of the contracts for the BNP portfolio. You will work alongside the funding team to support the set live of the funding pack ensure the department reach its monthly delivery target.

 

Job Specification:

  • Tax any vehicles that require taxing for the next 48 hours deliveries
  • Log all V5's and file for pre-registration deals completed by Vanarama
  • Managing all V5 paperwork to ensure they have been sorn in a timely manor
  • Managing the customers V5 portfolio for BNP vehicles
  • Upload the tax receipts to Lead Manger
  • Update RFL spreadsheet
  • Administrating all the DVLA V5 change of keepers in a timely manor
  • Working closely with End of Contracts to ensure all V5 are returned to funders or dealers
  • Demonstrate the Vanarama Core values

 

Skills Required

  • Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional
  • Focused on attention to detail while remaining flexible in approach
  • Computer literacy, especially in Excel and Word
  • Strong command of English language, both verbal and written; minimum A* - C English and Maths    GCSEs
  • Team player and able to work independently when required
