However, there are some limitations on what is feasible or possible for us to fix because we are not the owners of your vehicle & your financial agreement is not held with us.

As a leasing company, we work alongside our specialist partners to help manage & support the process of sourcing your vehicle & getting you the best lease deal.

 

How To Find Out If You're Eligible For A Lease Payment Holiday

We have been asked by the finance companies we work with to advise our customers to contact them directly about any issues you might be having with your lease agreement (e.g. to request a payment holiday).

This advice does not absolve Vanarama of any responsibility, instead it means we can put you in touch with the correct specialist partner to support you during this time.
