    In general very satisfied, the only issue related to delivery which seemed to take a long time to arrange even after the extras had been fitted. In the end because of the delay, I collected the vehicle from Hemel Hempstead and found the service there to be friendly and helpful.

    To say white vehicles are popular and therefore harder to obtain is untrue, the opposite is also untrue to state that a specific colour would take longer as there are not as many available. But communication was good throughout, I will use Vanarama again. Thank you.

    Helpful throughout the process, only disappointing thing was from the initial enquiries it was said a private plate could be put on vehicle at delivery, but was told later through stages this would hold up delivery, so has to be done know by myself. Apart from that have been impressed by quality of service Vanarama have offered.

    I tried lots of different dealers to purchase/hire a vehicle and yours was the best by far. The only one that actually got back to me after the first enquiry.

    This was the worse service I have got for purchasing a new vehicle. Delivery dates promised and no vehicle delivered. An all round poor service from start to finish and to top it off there was no good will gesture of delivering it to the isle of wight after all the delays. I still had to go to Southampton to pick it up, so more expense and an empty fuel tank that caused me to run out of fuel coming off the ferry on to the isle of wight and no I would not recommend your service to anyone.
