    Vanarama were fantastic to begin with, but things quickly went seriously wrong. Not helpful, not clear what was required and when, van delivered to wrong place despite clear instructions from me and my dealer, systems and processes not explained clearly, too many automatic emails which didn't relate to what was happening and too many different staff involved which led to missing paperwork. Very efficient sales people at Vanarama, lovely to work with, unfortunately dreadful after sales service.

    I called down to the local Dronfield yard as I like to deal face to face if possible. I was greeted by a gentleman called Rob Chadwick. He had a great positive attitude and was very accommodating. He answered all my questions and actually guided me through the order. Once I'd completed the order online Rob stayed in touch to inform me of what stage my order was at, which I think is a brilliant touch. I can honestly say that out of all the vehicles I have bought this was the best service by far!! I have already recommended the gents at Dronfield Vanarama so keep up the great work!!
