Andre who dealt with my order was exceptional, he was very professional and always went the extra mile. I did have a number of delays that was blamed on Mercedes, in the end I called Mercedes myself as my car had been registered a month at this point and asked what the delay was at that point I was given a delivery date, something that Vanarama didn’t seem able to do.

In the first instance, being able to assess things online was important. Having made what I thought was a decent choice, I then discussed things with Jake Worrell and he was able to give me excellent insight on specific vans and helped me guide my final choice. Thereafter, Jake kept me informed of what was needed and when. On the occasions when Jake was engaged on other calls, his colleagues were able to pick up my order and help me as required. Great service
