The service has been amazing. My only slight complaint was the time between being accepted and delivery. I didn’t get updates and felt like I didn’t know when the car would be delivered. This then made it hard to arrange travel as I was not sure when/if I would have a vehicle. But this was dealt with and was only a small concern. The overall experience has been great.

Overall the customer service was excellent. However I was not updated about the problems sourcing my car. I had conflicting explanations about why my car was not available and five months later I have the exact car that I had initially ordered. Robin Fell portrayed the patience and was supportive through out by helping me to order the model of car that would suit me and made himself available to answer all my questions (no matter how silly) so I had no intention of cancelling the order.

Tom was a nice guy and sorted it out in the end but there were IT issues and were unable to get answer from finance company. Had loads of calls to buy products of you but only a few with updates .
