I made an initial enquiry where I spoke to Dominic. Very pleasant guy that guided me through the service suitable for me, pricing and vehicle options. There was no pressure at all. I needed a bit of thinking time as this is the first time I've leased a van. He called me back exactly when I asked him to several days later. Still no pressure or any hard sell. From here I felt comfortable and reassured at using Vanarama. I was kept informed throughout the process right up to being given a vehicle delivery date. Unfortunately it went slightly wrong from this point. I waited in all day but by 3.30pm there was no sign of the van and no contact from anyone. I contacted Vanarama and spoke to Ian Carter. He investigated and called me back a couple of times and it was found that Peugeot never received the delivery request. Ian was very sympathetic at my wasted day, inconvenience, and loss of earnings (I'm self employed). He quickly returned with a delivery date which was convenient for me and Peugeot. He also changed the insurance start date for the revised day at no cost to me. I'm very pleased with how the issue was dealt but he did promise me that the van would be delivered with a full tank of petrol as a goodwill gesture....but it sadly wasn't. I did email you Ian but no response. Minor let down I'm afraid. A week later I received the van. Very good. I was informed the day before delivery and again on the morning of delivery. To date I have been given all my necessary documents inclusing free tool insurance for three months, and information on RAC cover. I haven't been given any information on vehicle servicing (my lease includes vehicle service) so I have no idea what happens when the van needs a new tyre or it requires a service etc. Generally a great service with a little hiccup in the middle.

I don't usually bother with feedback but just had to to say a massive thank you to Ollie Tombs. From the get go he has helped answer questions or queries I've had, responded promptly and always called back when he said he would (which just never seems to happen with a lot of companies). It was also brilliant to be able to deal with just one person rather than being passed around to lots! Ollie is a total asset to Vanarama and I will be recommending people to go to him should they wish to go down the leasing route. Thanks Ollie

Helpfull, to the point. Quickly added / deducted items of the deal according to requirements & cost. Went over & above the call of duty re the loan vehicle... cant imagine any other company would have. And lets be fair you had no obligation to go overboard as you did.
