Delivery poor didn't phone ahead of delivery and was rushed checking vehicle over when questioned driver about a dash panel having been remove he said yeah u just need to fit it up there some how today the reason for that panel being remove came to light after the AA came to fix van.

Given this was my first experience of Vanarama, I found Samir and the team helpful, understanding and the overall experience was one that flowed well and easy. The vehicle agreed arrived within the timeframe discussed and in reasonable condition, with my only concern being the vehicle did arrive very dirty!!, it had clearly been driven some 335 miles but a quick visit to a jet wash would certainly have improved the external presentation.

The service I received from Vanarama was first class, from start to finish you exceeded all of my expectations by far, I got regular updates as too what stage I was at with the van and the van was even delivered earlier than expected, what a first class act Vanarama are. I found the service to be ok but could have been better, I initially ordered the magnetic grey colour and asked for extra side windows to be fitted, I received a phone call telling me that I couldn't have the optional extra windows, later that day I got another phone call saying that there were no magnetic grey vans in stock, I needed the van urgently so opted for a blue one instead with a delivery date of the 6th. After the initial contact emails ( which were good) I heard nothing and with no update on the My Vanarama other than the van make / model and delivery date, with the delivery date approaching I contacted customer services and was told that the delivery date wouldn't be until the 14th, I explained that the only reason I had agreed to the Blue van was that I urgently needed it, I managed to get a delivery date of the 9th. I offered to jump on a train and go collect it however I was told that collection isn't allowed. A few days before delivery I got a phone call asking if I wanted an insurance quote, I asked for them to call back the next day, however, no phone call came. I appreciate that the above items might not be the end of the world however, I've noticed that other people have asked the question about extra windows and they have been told it's not a problem. All in all the service was ok but not great.

Helpful through out. The only reason for 4 stars on the deal was due to the need to take an earlier delivery date than required, not including a centralized lock on the roller shutter and not providing a reasonably full adblue tank.
