Poor service, if someone says they will phone a customer back then they should make sure they do, this is a very bad reflection on the level of customer service .

Well, when we started out with Hayley Hirst, it was very good indeed; she was excellent. But I have to say after she passed us on, it wasn't so brilliant. It took a really long time to get our car and then a day before it was delivered I was told the supplier had given you the wrong registration, which you had given me. It caused me some grief in trying to then change the insurance very quikcly before delivery. Seems a "schoolboy error" to give the wrong registration, and perhaps you should consider your suppliers very carefully.
