Initially I struggled to get someone to return my enquiries but, as soon as the ball got rolling, the service was excellent. Being advised regularly the progress was very reassuring. Delivery was prompt and on the exact day stated initially. I have already recommended Vanarama to a couple of friends.

I leased my new Vauxhall Astra Hatchback because... I leased as, having bought a new car previously, using a cheap loan, I realised that leasing actually worked out slightly cheaper - the cost being equivalent to the depreciation of the vehicle. Also, as a VAT registered business, being able to claim the VAT back helped.

It was good initially but did feel like I was doing the chasing through part of the process. Had a couple of repeat attempts on completing the forms for various problems but when talking to anyone they were always friendly and helpful.
