Excellent service and superb support and communication. I came to Vanarama on a recommendation from a family member and I am pleased to say that I was not disappointed. Exceptional experience from quote to delivery. I will definitely recommend and use Vanarama again when it comes to upgrading my new vehicle at the end of my current agreement.

I got no verbal communication on the type of van or the spec and when I received the van I was disappointed rather than excited.

The initial service was excellent. Alex was brilliant in explaining all. However, once my custom was caught things didn't go seamlessly. Delivery didn't occur on the day it was meant to, I was not informed that the vehicle would not be delivered and I had to make 3 phone calls to you after 2 promises of callbacks. I wasted a day, there was no thought from yourselves about that. To compensate, I was told that the vehicle would have a full tank of fuel, which it did not! The vehicle was delivered on the following Friday. Again I had time off work for this. Again no thought to compensate. Would I use again or recommend? Not sure. Customer service not good. I do not expect any follow up from this!

Now I have taken delivery of my vehicle I can say it's fantastic and the deal I had was also as good. My only complaint was that once the deal was completed I found it increasingly difficult to obtain any information or guidance. The delivery team were however very good and did all they could to correct the slight misinformation I was given at the beginning by sales. A very big thank you to Stephanie especially in delivery who was always very helpful and informative.
