Having never had a car on lease before, I was a little reluctant to make an initial enquiry into leasing a car. However, I needed not have worried as I was given a very good account of what was involved and the facts about leasing and I was not hounded afterwards to try to get me to lease with Vanarama. Everything was done at my pace, all questions I had were answered accurately and honestly no matter how daft the question may have been. The whole process from choosing the car I wanted, to the final delivery was faultless and every single department that I had to go through were excellent.

Also having looked at the deals on leasing, having worked out the cost over the 5 years, it made far more sense to lease. Paying a monthly amount I could afford and not having to worry about selling the car at the end of the contract was the perfect solution for me.

The only disappointment was once it was passed to the deliveries department. I had to call a few times to find out the delivery date. I was told I would get a call back but this didn't happen until I spoke to the last operator. She was very helpful but she could not explain the reason for delivery delay.
