I’d like to thank Tom A for his quick responses and for honouring your good will gesture, even though the fault was not Vanarama’s. I did send a message via Alison Calcutt in one of my e-mails expressing my complete satisfaction with the whole process of obtaining my lease car. Everyone dealt with my application with such professionalism that my car was delivered 2 weeks earlier than anticipated!! Negatives: failing to correctly spell my email address, despite me carefully repeating it to your adviser, so that documents did not arrive. Eventually I found a member of your staff who bothered to look into it and noticed that the address had been miss-spelt, something his colleagues failed to do.
