Why Lease A Polestar?
Polestar is a Volvo-derived Swedish brand specialising in charismatically designed sporting electric cars. Think Tesla but with a much more European feel. And even higher quality too. The company’s first effort was the Polestar 1, a powerful luxury saloon that was a plug-in hybrid and came with a hefty £140,000 price tag.
The follow up, the Polestar 2, is a full-EV priced accessibly at around £50,000 and aimed perhaps most directly at sportier versions of the Tesla Model 3. The Polestar 2 is based on the same CMA platform used by a Volvo XC40 – with a whole host of modifications to make the chassis even safer and appropriate for the needs of a heavier full-EV.
