What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Suppliers sole discretion.

"Vanarama Free Home Charge Point" is available to all Vanarama Customers who take delivery of a battery electric vehicle (BEV) on a new lease only, ordered from the Vanarama website www.vanarama.com.

By adding a Vanarama Free Home Charge Point to your vehicle order, you will be entitled to a standard installation (defined below) of a Smart Home Charge Point (Charge Point), with the cost of standard installation and the Charge Point covered by the Supplier. It is to the Supplier’s discretion what electric vehicle charging hardware is provided in the Vanarama Free Home Charge Point offer and this may change from time to time. Details of the Charge Point offered within this promotion will be communicated to the customer, by the Supplier, upon confirmation of the vehicle order.

In circumstances where a customer is eligible to claim the EVHS grant (homeowners who live in flats or people in rental accommodation), the Supplier may arrange for their preferred installation partner to claim the grant on the customer’s behalf and allocate the monetary contribution against the cost of the charge point, however, the contribution will not be passed onto the customer.

The install of the Charge Point must be completed no later than 6 months following the delivery date of the vehicle. After that point the offer will no longer be valid, however, the Supplier, at their sole discretion, may agree to extend the install deadline beyond 6 months and will confirm in writing.

The Supplier will send all the accompanying documents confirming the offer at order confirmation stage.

The validation and subsequent fulfilment of the Vanarama Free Home Charge Point offer is at the discretion of the Supplier – the Supplier’s decision is final.

While the Supplier’s preferred installation partner will endeavour to install the Charge Point prior to delivery of the vehicle, it cannot be guaranteed and in no event will the Supplier or the Supplier’s preferred installation partner accept any liability for any losses, costs or inconvenience associated with delays to installation. Please be aware that there are many factors that impact charge point installation timescales, such as but not limited to, pre-install work requirements, stock availability, installer availability and market demand.

This offer has no cash value, and no cash alternative will be offered by the Supplier in any circumstances.

This offer can only be redeemed once per eligible vehicle order for a battery electric vehicle (BEV).

The Charge Point can only be installed at a residential address. The Supplier’s preferred installation partner cannot, under any circumstances, install the Charge Point at a commercial property as part of this offer.
