Excellent service from Vanarama, my local Ford dealership should take notice on how easy sorting out a new van can be, as they have lost out on this, and future sales as I will be using Vanarama again because they take the hassle out of sourcing a new vehicle.

Overall thought was good would recommend and would defiantly use again. Took a while to get a reply to my enquiry and I couldn't get in contact with the company myself at first. But when i made a enquiry and I had shopped around the initial quote was very high but Mike then got involved and got payments nearer to where I wanted to be I would of liked them cheaper as autorama was not the cheapest but did have the best customer service out of everyone else I was then left to make my own decision with one deal and that was the 'best deal' apparently I could of got better deal elsewhere and would of been happier with a lower payment as I saw what it could of potentially been elsewhere so I knew it could of been 210 and I was at 218 but again I would rather get a better experience and i liked everyone I had dealt with in autorama so I went for autorama as I liked the way everything went but next time I will be shopping around for the very best deal and throughout every step was in contact only had one major problem I had been given the reg DV65 FLN for my new cat when it arrived it was DU65 FLN which meant I had to get insurance sorted again etc but didn't cost me anything and if it did autorama offered to cover that cost so wasn't a major issue just something to let you know about my experience.

very satisfactory, apart from delay of fitting of fridge, which i expected but i done most of the ringing around after intial time delay on delivery, when i needed to know a delivery date

The response to my enquiry was very good and I was kept informed through the whole of the purchase process. However, my initial requirement had no urgency as I was driving my existing vehicle, but this changed when the gearbox of this vehicle failed. This changed the urgency of obtaining the new van to very urgent. Imagine my frustration, when the vehicle (which was in stock) could not be delivered due to a 'cooling off period'. This 'cooling off period' cost me £4,000 in lost business as I did not have a suitable vehicle in which to respond, meaning I lost the business to another company. For a fledgling business, this sort of loss stunts business growth dramatically. When the vehicle was delivered after this 'cooling off period' everything was dealt with very efficiently and praise must be given to Maddison and Paloma, who were a delight to deal with. Overall the experience, minus the very costly 'cooling off period', was very good but the cost to me of this unrequired 'necessity' spoilt the whole process.

Dear Mr Duro, Thank you for taking the time to complete the review. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the delay in getting your vehicle due to the ‘cooling off period’. Our aim is to prioritise urgent deliveries and get your vehicle to you as quickly as possible. The ‘cooling off period’ is a legal requirement on regulated contracts (Lease Purchase, Personal Contract Hire etc) and cannot be avoided. The funder’s policy is that until the 14 days have passed we cannot book delivery of the vehicle and therefore we have to adhere to this.Thank you again. Kind regards, Dominic Tutton.

From the initial chat with Ben, right through to signing for the van, the customer service was outstanding and more businesses should model themselves from Vanarama. A genuine business that genuinely show interest in their customers needs. Every member of staff understood how urgent I needed the van and everyone was extremely efficient and worked with me!
