The service we got was great through out all the dealings we had with you. Unfortunately the vehicle was delivered with a mileage of 510 miles! Which made me a bit cross as that is nearly 1 months mileage allowance.

Tony Gordon was very helpful, his initial contact was very good. However there is a slight problem with communication within the team as I have have separate emails asking for the same paper work which I had sent already.

In all honesty I could not be happier. From my initial enquiry with Joe to taking delivery which took under a month and I didn't even have to take any time off work. To top it all off, I am saving £300 per month, I have already recommended Vanarama to other van owners at my work. Well done.

Fantastic service and staff however upon receiving the vehicle feel I was miss-sold in regards to exact picture of vehicle as wheels they were not the same as promised or advertised. After numerous calls with member of staff confirming I would re-receive the exact wheels in picture advertised to be then informed I wasn't specific enough is very disappointing when I could not have been clearer. This complaint is now resolved I wish for no further discussions.
