Overall 5 out of 5, the delivery date was a couple of days over. The phone is answered promptly but there is a delay between it being answered and then talking to someone.

I am very impressed with the service I have received for my A class AMG line. Hayley explained everything and helped me make a decision based on my specification and the best prices available to me. Kelly then kept me informed until delivery. I will be returning to Vanarama when my current deal ends as it was a pleasure to deal with the entire Vanarama team.

After initial confusion about my enquiry, there were 2 enquiries registered in my name. I got to deal with Ollie Tombs, who made the whole process easy. Whenever I asked a question he gave me an honest answer and if he didn't know he found out and called me straight back. Even after I had received the car he emailed to see that everything was ok. Because of this I have already recommended two friends contact Ollie/Vanarama.
