Thanks to your amazing New Car Specialist, Conor Silcock, and the rest of the team at Vanarama, I was able to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. All the different members of staff across various different departments were extremely helpful and made leasing my first car such a smooth and worry free process. Your customer service is 11/10! Service was good, my only issue was the 9 week wait when it's advertised on the website that delivery would likely be 5-7 days. But good van, good deal and worth the wait in the end.

Disappointed with extra (optional) charges. Only telling me after my initial deal was complete, the van arrived really dirty with the windscreen thick with fly's and debris.

All good except for being promised the van a lot earlier than I got it which was annoying to say the least.

Good service when you are looking for a vehicle, however once ordered the service wains. We had to challenge and chase our delivery date. I was told that the car I wanted was in stock, however it had parking sensors that I hadn't ordered, if I payed extra for them I could have that car almost immediately, however after the hold up with the delivery I challenged the dealer, who said the hold up was due to them having to fit the sensors!

Started well and received all the correct information to get started. Once I had filled in the documents and returned them to you I didn't hear much in the way of updates of my order. I had to chase the order to get the delivery date correct also

Very poor communication from Vanarama after the sale was signed. I was given 4 separate delivery dates, none of which were confirmed except the last one despite numerous calls & emails to Vanarama. This delay was allegedly due to delay in receiving a copy of my licence, which turned out not to be true. I then had to hire a van for 2 weeks more than was planned for. Only 1 of your operatives offered an apology at any time. When the van finally was delivered, the driver's side mirror was damaged. Not the best service.

Very polite, but on five out of six occasions I was told I would be called back but it never happened. Also a lack of communication because I was not told about the cooling of period.
