The service team acted quite well but getting to speak to the same person became very difficult, we leased two vehicles and proved that we could get a better deal from another company which you could not quite match but we wanted to keep the two vehicles with the same company. On your message play out which we had to listen to quite a lot it promised a £50 M&S voucher if you failed to match or beat prices of others, however on speaking to a line Manager this deal was not given.

Good morning. I am due to take delivery of a vehicle this week but felt that I had to say something regarding Charlotte Wadsworth who has been dealing with my enquiry. She has been an absolute star, always courteous, always prompt in replaying to any queries and always very forthcoming with the relevant information as and when requested. I was pleased with the level of service that I was given, I was well informed and I managed to speak to someone quite quickly when required which was a surprise as it was a month before the new registration plate came out when I went through the process.

Great start but promises should be kept. The claims made " we will beat any price or £50 in vouchers" and " we work hard to get your business, and even harder to keep it" are great soundbites but in reality aren't true, certainly in my case. 2 months after failing to beat a quote on a Toyota Aygo I'm still waiting for these vouchers despite numerous calls and emails. Seriously annoyed and feel let down.

The service was great! Communication and patience in answering our questions was impeccable. Everyone we spoke to was informed and polite. We didn't feel pressure from salespeople in any way at any point when making enquiries, it was relaxed and very helpful.
