Why Lease A Polestar 2 From Vanarama?
Benefits Of The Polestar 2
There are few cars on the market more desirable than the Polestar 2. Not only is it impressively high-tech and modern, but it’s also comfortable, spacious and practical, with great driving dynamics, all wrapped up in a unique and minimalist design.Add to that the level of hype which comes with this all-electric brand – Polestar looks set to give Tesla a run for its money in the coming years – and it’s easy to see why leasing a Polestar 2 means you’ll be leasing a car that’s as cool as they come. The Driving Experience In A Polestar 2
With ample room for even the tallest adults, you won’t need any more space up front than you currently get with the Polestar 2. Things are tighter in the rear, with headroom slightly compromised for taller adults and the centre seat best reserved for teenagers or children.
Nonetheless, the boot opens nice and wide, with a handy storage area under the floor for charging cables. Total luggage space trails the Tesla Model 3 slightly, but it is far easier to load larger items thanks to the hatchback-style opening on the Polestar 2. Other luxury EVs like the Jaguar I-Pace and Mercedes EQC do offer more load space, thanks to their SUV body styles.
The Polestar 2 is available in 3 variants, with ranges starting from 273 and moving up to 336 miles. Charging to 80% capacity can take just 40 minutes with a 150kW fast charger, but far longer without one. Using a 3-phase wall box at home will extend that charge time to approximately 8 hours.

The Polestar 2 Vs Competitors
Rather than chasing headline performance figures, the Polestar 2 is more focused on usability. Combined with a beautifully crafted interior and a slick exterior, it offers a comparatively unique package in this segment.
The Tesla Model 3 is less stylish but is both quicker and has a longer range, you can see how it compares to the Polestar 2 in our dedicated article. Less direct competitors like the pricier Jaguar I-PACE SUV and the Audi e-tron offer plenty of pace and tech, but can’t quite match the Polestar 2 for Swedish cool.
The Polestar 2 is a relative newcomer, but all signs point to a reliable and well-built car. A 3-year/60,000-mile warranty covers all new cars.
With the rear seats up, you’ll get 405 litres of boot space. The wide opening makes loading easy, but it is slightly less spacious than the Tesla Model 3. Folding the rear seats flat gives you a total of 1,095 litres.
Every Polestar 2 is equipped with Park Assist, including front and rear sensors and a rear-view camera. Higher up the range you also get an advanced Park Assist feature.
There’s plenty of space for at least 4 adults. Boot space is decent, but not quite class-leading. A small front boot and a storage space under the rear boot floor all add a touch of extra versatility.
The Tesla Model 3 has slightly better range and acceleration. However, the Polestar 2 feels more impressively built, with higher-quality materials and a very distinctive style. Both are very competent luxury EVs.
