Vehicle Insurance FAQs

    • This is the number of years you have been insured & not made a claim. You need proof of NCB when you purchase a new policy.

    • No claims bonus is awarded by your motor insurer after a full year where no fault claim has been made. We will send you by email with your proof of no claims bonus when this is received from the insurer at the end of your existing policy term. As the insurer will not be offering renewal via us we will only be sending you a copy of your no claims bonus. You will have to make alternative arrangements for your vehicle insurance cover.

    • Vanarama Insurance Services confirms that during the report period of 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022 for this Annual PMI Compliance Statement, that Autorama UK Ltd has complied with The Private Motor Insurance Order 2015 (the Order).
