It's not just UK pundits who are singing the praises of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Having bagged the Best Large Van title in the 2013 Van Fleet World honors, the Sprinter has now claimed the Delivery Magazine Van of the Year at the Motoring Matters Magazine Group Awards 2013 in Australia.
If safety is top in your search criteria, look no further. Delivery magazine is the Aussie equivalent of Van Fleet World and its staff praised the overall quality of the Mercedes Sprinter, together with the safety technical equipment and performance features. In fact the editor-in-chief went as far as saying that the Mercedes Sprinter was 'the safest van ever to be presented on the Australian market.'
The 2014 Mercedes Sprinter will be available for order from this Autumn and here at Vanarama we are already getting a lot of interest from customers who appreciate the unquestionable quality and safety features Mercedes-Benz has invested in the van. These features include five new driver assistance systems specifically targeted at accident prevention, comprising Crosswind Assist, which is standard across the range, as well as optional systems such as Blind Spot Assist and Collision Prevention Assist.
Take a look at our Mercedes range if you are considering a Sprinter as your next van.
