Mercedes-Benz's Sprinter has won the Fleet Van of the Year category at the annual Motor Transport Awards for the eighth time. Amongst the reasons the Sprinter was chosen once again for such an impressive award were its:
- Long service intervals
- Outstanding fuel economy
- Fantastic reliability
- Dedicated Dealer Network with extended opening hours
- High levels of standard fit safety equipment
- 36 month unlimited mileage warranty
- Class-leading residual values
Additional praise was heaped on the Mercedes Sprinter for its Adaptive ESP (Electronic Stability Programme). Adaptive ESP prevents the vehicle under- or over-steering in critical situations, noticeably improving both traction and driving stability. The Sprinters' 7G Tronic gearbox and high levels of driver comfort were also recognised.
So the awards continue to flood in for the Sprinter and Vanarama is not surprised. You don't have to be a fleet manager to appreciate the benefits of the van though. British businesses of all sizes love the Sprinter. If the Sprinter is in your current search radar, more information on the award winning van can be found here.
