Vanarama wins prestigious Lloyds Bank National Business Award. On Tuesday 10th November 2015 Vanarama attended the finals of the Lloyds National Business Awards 2015. Having secured a place from its initial awards application the team descended on The Grosvenor Hotel in London to find out the results.
Prior to the night Vanarama had to present to a panel of judges in early September to state its case why it should be crowned Best Small to Medium Sized Business of The Year. During the presentation the judges held a questions & answers session to delve deeper into Vanarama's suitability for the award.
We're delighted to say that from the initial application, through to the presentation to the judges panel we won the award for the Lloyds Bank Best Small to Medium Sized Business 2015. To say we're delighted is an understatement, its recognition of the extremely hard work from our team in head office to not just meet customers' expectations, but exceed them, every time!
The fact the award is based on presentations to a panel of judges makes it even more special, the intense scrutiny the business has had is further recognition of the work done to secure the award over the previous few years. In winning the award the judges commented about our application:
"Vanarama were incredibly impressive, both in their submission and presentation. We were particularly impressed with their insight into their customers and their ability to turn that into strong business growth. A very worthy winner for this highly competitive category."
Receiving the award on behalf of Vanarama was Commercial Director Jon Gilbert. Also present on the night from the team were Helen King, Steve Mark, Gary Lemon, Lucy Turner, Sue Stacey, Maxine Murphy, Frances Maslen, Megan Grimsdale and Helen Gosney.

We are a business that never rests on its laurels and we will be working even harder to exceed our customers' expectations going into 2016. After winning this award we will be looking to add more to the trophy cabinet.
