Our Returns Policy

At Vanarama we want you to love the vehicle you've chosen, but if for some reason you change your mind, you can return it, hassle-free, up to 30 days after delivery.

If Your Vehicle Hasn't Been Delivered Yet

Even if you've signed an order and paid a deposit, we guarantee to give you a no-quibble refund and we won't charge you a thing if you need to cancel your order.

If Your Vehicle Has Been Delivered

If you change your mind about your vehicle once it's been delivered, you have 30 days to return it.

The vehicle must have a maximum of 50 miles over the delivery mileage (as per the delivery mileage stated on the Delivery Acceptance Note) on the clock.

On collection, the vehicle will be inspected for damage using the BVRLA's Fair Wear & Tear guidelines as a benchmark although each funder has their own set of guidelines. You will be liable for any damage not covered by your funder's fair wear & tear guidelines.

This policy is valid on orders of vans & pickup trucks made on or after 20th May 2020 & on orders of cars made on or after 3rd June 2020.
