The service was good. The only point I would raise refers to the delivery date. This was put back a week due to my case being handled by a few different people and thus a little confusion. Overall a pleasing experience.

Initially good but later struggled when I wanted information on the vehicle . The delivery date changed several times, not very impressed.

The service was top notch! Especially at the start when you are comparing the deals on 3 to 4 vehicles. They never got tired with the too and throwing, adjusting deposits and plans etc.

Excellent level of service. Phil Humber took my initial call and answered all questions (I ask a lot of questions) providing multiple quotes with various options. Every staff member I spoke to was very professional and friendly.

The service was great from all members of staff that I dealt with. Nicola Gray was a great help and always replied when she said she would. Then the final part with the paper work was carried out by Sophie Toms, who again gave me all the information I needed to know and kept me up to date with what was going on. I couldn't ask for more really.

A very good service, but let down when the van turned up not being ply lined which was in the deal. I did get a call today from Darren but missed it and he said he would email me which I haven't received yet. If it wasn't for this fault id of given you 5 stars all the way...

Very good service and communication, but a little late notice on when an insurance document was required, and no choice on a delivery date as such. The delivery was later than promised. The vehicle arrived from the dealer in very good order and hand over was excellent. I did expect it to be delivered not driven, so 140 odd miles off our allowance before we even start.

The service I had was really good. The only thing I can put fault with was sorting the paperwork out in the first instance. I was informed it was coming through the post so waited a few days, when I did not receive it I contacted you and you advised me to print it off myself and sign, then return. This did waste a few days.

The initial enquiry was dealt with very efficiently, once you had taken my deposit the service rapidly deteriorated. I had to constantly call up in order for your staff to check their emails and they would never actually check them unless I called. The majority of other companies give you a weeks' insurance in order for you to find insurance. Because you don't, I spent hours on the phone to insurance companies trying to insure a van that wasn't even registered yet.

Dear Mr Macdonald, Firstly let me apologise for the lack of contact that you have experience from our Administration Team, it appears that there was a miscommunication with emails whilst a colleague was on annual leave. Your feedback has enabled me to put processes in place that will stop this from happening in the future, so I have sent you a little something in the post as a thank you. You are right it would be helpful to have a temporary 7 day insurance cover to give customers more time to get Full cover in place. However, due to leased vehicles being registered to the finance company, they are required to prove that there is a full valid insurance in place before delivery and there for we cannot use or provide temporary ‘drive away’ insurance. This is in line with the DVLA’s Continuous Insurance Enforcement. Thank you once again for your feedback and I hope you are enjoying the van.
