Vanarama's service was very thorough, any question I asked they took the time to answer in detail, if an adviser I was speaking to did not know the answer they reassured me by finding out. I thought the sales process was fine. I'm not a fan of the lead in prices as they're rather misleading, however, every company seems to do this. The insurance team were fantastic, it was the smoothest part of the process
