From start to finish our account manager has been great and all his colleagues that we have dealt with have been really helpful. The only downside is that to date we (myself & Liam) have not received either our Amazon voucher or our Topps Tiles points. Our Acc manager has contacted your marketing people but nothing from them to date.

Excellent service as always. The only thing that disappoints me is that the prices on your website bear no resemblance to the actual deals struck. We bought a new van yet the monthly cost is quite a bit higher than your website would suggest. I know there are variables such as mileage, ply lining etc that will change the cost but this always seems to have a much greater effect than expected.

Very good although sometimes slow in keeping me updated I had to chase a couple of times to get delivery date. After delivery has been poor have a issue with leake in boot which still as of yet has not been solved and this means I have a truck that boot gets soaked and I am unable to use. This should have been rectified by now.

Excellent customer service, however being more honest or realistic about delivery dates would be appreciated in the future. Its no point talking about 2 weeks turn around when this is not going to happen!

The service was very good and the delivery date of the vehicle only slipped because it was the run up to Xmas. We do have a complaint to make though about the vehicle, in that less than a week after taking delivery the message came up which stated that the AdBlue needed refilling already. It is clear the supplying dealer nor Vanarama checked this issue before delivery; it is like supplying the vehicle with the minimum level of oil and other fluids. Not impressed. Secondly, in view that the vehicle had circa 200 miles on the clock upon delivery, how is this reflected in the agreement when it comes to any calculation of excess mileage?

Overall extremely happy with the service and the vehicle however the only comment is that there was no communication after placing the initial order until a delivery date update which was quite a few weeks later - when we did receive information it was prefect, but maybe just a weekly update email even if there was no news, just to keep in touch.
