The Eletre is the new all-electric, high performance crossover SUV from Lotus. Thanks to the use of lightweight materials it's not as heavy as your typical EV SUV, meaning it's very fast, like every non-electric Lotus before it.
Even at 2.5 tons it can hit 62mph in just 2.95 seconds, and thanks to a large 112kWh battery the Eletre has a range of up to 370 miles, or 300 for the even sportier "R" version. That's great range for something so large and powerful.
Five doors and a large boot make an Eletre lease more practical than you might imagine too, but the minimal interior design still gives the feeling that you're driving a car from a high-performance sports car manufacturer.
The Eletre is a very different approach for Lotus, but thanks to its sporty nature coupled with modern tech it's likely to be a very popular car to lease.
