The Fiat Doblo Cargo scooped van of the year in 2006 and the New Doblo Cargo folowed suit in 2011. Fiat has updated the Doblo Cargo to make it even more versatile and able to cope with all your working requirements. New engine choices have been introduced to bring you improved economy and performance.
Inside, the Doblo Cargo’s cabin is stylish and comfortable for the driver, with clever features. Adjustable seats ensure a comfortable ride, while console mounted gear lever, electric window controls and all instruments at your fingertips, make your life easier.
When it comes to getting the job done, the Doblo Cargo copes with bigger and heavier loads than any other vehicle in its class. Payload ranges from 750 to 900kg, and if you opt for the High Roof model, you’ll get a good 1,550mm; with a load volume of 3.8m3.You can fit packages of up to 1680mm in length too.
Take your pick of three engines; the two diesel options are the 1.3 16v MultiJet and the 1.9 MultiJet, or you could go for the 1.4 petrol engine. MultiJet engines offer great fuel economy and low noise, along with low operating costs and emissions. If the worst should happen and you’re involved in a crash, safety features come in the shape of crumple zones, a collapsible pedal box system, collapsible steering column and knee protector pad. Fiat has also included an Anti Fire system and anti submarining seats, which stop the occupant slipping beneath the seatbelt if the vehicle is in a collision.
