Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before going ahead with the “free accessory with your lease” operated by Autorama UK Ltd t/a Vanarama and Vetted Limited t/a Checkatrade. Your access to and use of the services set out are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the offer.

The offer is available to all Checkatrade members who successfully complete an order and have taken delivery of a van on lease from Vanarama. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. https://www.vanarama.com/partnerships/checkatrade from 25/11/21.

The Supplier reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions or the Services supplied as set out within this schedule at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Suppliers sole discretion.

If a customer orders a van with this offer, the customer is still required to:

· Pay their agreed initial rental.

· A reoccurring monthly rental (agreed by the customer) for the vehicle will be taken by the finance provider once the vehicle has been delivered.

· Vanarama will send all accompanying documents confirming the offer at order confirmation stage.

· The validation & subsequent fulfilment of this offer is at the discretion of Vanarama – the provider's decision is final.

· The offer is subject to all terms & conditions that apply to any leasing product provided by Vanarama. These terms & conditions can be found here: https://www.vanarama.com/legal/terms-and-conditions

· If a customer does not adhere to the above requirements of the finance agreement, then Vanarama reserves the right to withdraw the offer.

· This offer is available on Vans on a Personal Contract Hire, Business Contract Hire Agreement and Finance Lease only.

Offer terms

· You must lease a Van for a minimum of 2 years.

· There is a maximum of one voucher per vehicle.

· The voucher must be used in connection with the vehicle leased.

· This is a single use voucher.

· All Checkatrade members are eligible for this offer as long as they have applied to Vanarama via the Checkatrade partnership page.

· You will be given a unique voucher code once the vehicle has been delivered to redeem the accessory with our trusted partner, Plytek.

· The voucher cannot be redeemed within the first 30 days in line with our 30 days return policy.

· You must call Plytek to book the fitting of the free accessory. You can call to book within the first 30 days of delivery, however the booking must be made for after this initial 30 day period has elapsed.

· The voucher must be redeemed within the first 6 months after the vehicle has been delivered. If you try to redeem the voucher after this time, it will no longer be valid.

· Please note, there is no cash value to the voucher, and it is non-transferrable.

· If you wish to purchase more than one accessory with your voucher, Plytek will charge you accordingly.

· At the end of the lease, the vehicle will be subject to standard fair wear and tear conditions. If you choose to remove the accessory and this results in damage to the vehicle, you will be liable for any cost incurred.

· Vanarama is the trading style of Autorama UK Ltd, who are authorised & regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Our Financial Conduct Authority Register number is 630748)

· Vanarama Redundancy & Life Cover is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over.

· By ordering a vehicle, a customer is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms & conditions.

· The provider reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer & these terms & conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, force majeure or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control.

· Any changes to the offer will be notified to customers as soon as possible by the provider.

· The provider is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this offer.

· You are providing your information to Autorama UK Ltd & not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.vanarama.com/legal/cookie-and-privacy-policy.html
