Miles better service than I could ever of imagined. Any queries were dealt with immediately, no waiting around on a phone for ages which is a pet hate of mine. I found a good deal and it was all just very very straightforward. I wish a lot of the other companies in general were as easy to deal with.

At the initial point of sale we were promised a delivery date which was all agreed and to get this date we agreed to have our second choice of vehicle colour as the colour we wanted was not in stock. The colour chosen was "in stock" but still the delivery date for the vehicle was not met and was delayed by nearly 4 weeks which was very disappointing. Communication back was good but we chased the vehicle delivery all the way through the process, we had replies but we did all the chasing.

Was never kept up to date with my order. I had to do all the chasing for information. Was not impressed at all. Every time I called a I spoke to someone different who didn't know what was happening with my vehicle.
