Which DS 4 models can I lease?

The DS 4 is available to lease in one basic body style, which is a 5-door crossover, but within that there are 2 other versions and multiple trims from which to choose. If you want your DS 4 to have more sporty styling via a body kit, then there’s the Performance Line model, which comes with the choice of Performance Line and Performance Line+ versions – ‘+’ versions come with uprated headlights, radar cruise control and the head-up display too. The DS 4 Cross version emphasises the car’s crossover style, with roof rails and chunkier bumpers that give it more of an off-road look. It’s available in Trocadero and Rivoli specifications. All models come with flush-fit door handles, alloy wheels (the smallest option being 17 inches in diameter), a 7-inch digital instrument display, a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen, keyless start, automatic windscreen wipers, heat insulating glass, LED headlights, automated emergency braking, lane-keeping steering and cruise control. Trim Levels Available: Bastille, Trocadero, Rivoli, La Premiere

The boot, at 430 litres, is a decent size and it’s well shaped, but it’s worth noting that hybrid models lose a bit of boot space because the battery is mounted underneath, with the volume falling to 390 litres.
The plug-in hybrid version of the DS 4, known as the E-Tense, comes with 225hp and enough battery capacity for you to be able to cover up to 38 miles on electric power alone, before the turbocharged petrol engine wakes up.

The official combined economy figure is an amazing 232mpg and in the real world, you should be able to squeeze at least 45-50mpg out of the DS 4 on longer journeys when the battery has run out of charge.

Automatic And Drive Assist

The DS 4 comes with a standard 8-speed automatic gearbox, which is one of the best around, shifting smoothly and quietly. On top of that, DS offers the 4 with a range of driver assistance systems including radar-guided cruise control – that can trickle the car along for you in heavy traffic – and a lane-keeping steering system that helps you stay properly centred between the white lines.

Away from the safety side of things, there are also very neat flush-fit door handles that automatically pop out when the DS 4 detects that you’re walking up to it.
