Vans come in all shapes & sizes, from gargantuan large vans like Citroen Relays & Ford Transits, right down to smaller ones like the VW Caddy, the Toyota Proace...
The Ford Fiesta Van looks stylish, offering a great first impression to your customers. And, with its sleek ‘Ford Kinetic Design’ lines, it really looks the part. But beneath the looks lies a van with plenty of space inside, a versatile 1.0m3 of load space, & a high-quality interior that keeps looking good however hard you work it.
Specifications & Dimensions
With compact exterior dimensions, it’s the perfect van to lease for use in those tight, urban environments.
There are various engines to choose from; the 1.0 litre Ford Ecoboost petrol unit in 95ps or 125ps guise, or the 1.5 litre 85ps diesel, all designed to keep running costs low. Other safety features include ABS with EBD, & to help the van stick to the road the Electronic Stability Programme has Traction Assist – plus you can choose Emergency Brake Assist for added ease of mind.
To keep you comfortable while you’re driving, there’s an adjustable steering wheel. Despite its good looks, it’s almost easy to forget that it’s also a van – the payload is really important and it ranges from 515-531kg, depending on the engine choice.
Drive & Trim
Fiesta Van is available in two trim levels, Fiesta Van or Fiesta Sport Van. Both come with the Ford SYNC media unit which has an 8” display & incorporates DAB radio, bluetooth, & Ford’s new FordPass Connect feature for traffic information, remote alerts & smartphone integration. Air conditioning is also standard on both models.
The Fiesta Sport Van is a real looker - 17” alloy wheels, LED projector headlights & a sports style body kit set it apart from the rest, & for an enhanced driving experience, there are sports seats & sports suspension.
Fuel Economy & Emissions
As you’d expect, with Ford’s advanced engine technology the Fiesta van has excellent fuel economy. With an official combined figure of 80.7mpg for the diesel van, & just 67.3mpg with the 95ps petrol unit, visits to the fuel station will be few & far between.
Official Co2 figures range from just 93g/km to 102g/km depending on model.
