Meet The Team
Charlie Bayliss, Quality Assurance Manager
Charlie has worked at Vanarama for 7 years and worked in many departments including Customer Support and the Compliance Department - where the focus was ensuring we treated customers fairly. After that she built the Quality Assurance Department which focuses on our interactions with customers and making sure we are able to provide a fair and consistent high level of service. This experience puts Charlie in the perfect position to support small businesses through this difficult time and help them find the government schemes that will best help them.
Kerrie Lansley, Quality Assurance Co-ordinator
Having worked for Vanarama for nearly 3 years, Kerrie started working here in the Follow-Up Team as an Inbound Sales Consultant before moving on to manage the Short Term Leasing fleet, End Of Contracts and now our Quality Assurance department, which ensures customers are receiving the best possible service from Vanarama.
Molly Pettiford, Customer Credit Specialist
Molly has worked for Vanarama's Regional Support Team for 4 years submitting customer applications to our panel of lenders and ensuring the information gives customers the best possible chances to be approved. One of the main aspects of her role is making sure the leasing process is a smooth experience for both the Franchisees & customers.
Peter Field, Senior Insurance Administrator
Peter joined Vanarama in October 2018 as Senior Insurance Administrator responsible for all aspects of the post-insurance sales process. He previously worked in financial services as an administrator, researcher and report writer on mortgages, investments and other forms of financial services so his knowledge is perfectly placed.
Natalie Robshaw, Account Manager
Natalie has worked for Vanarama for 3 years and gained significant experience in a variety of roles. Starting in the Administration Team she processed customers orders, before moving on to join the Upgrades Team contacting customers several months before the end of their current lease to make sure their next vehicle and lease agreement suits their needs.
